100% would have never purchased my 3 sheds if it weren't for Crissy Winward's excellent customer service! Crissy designed two outdoor dog kennels for me in 2024 - custom designed, work efficiently here two years later. My proudest purchase(s) to date. When I had a problem, Crissy was there and sent out two service men to repair slight damages from a design flaw in the first few months. Super thankful for the builders and repairmen as well for their punctuality, urgency, and professionalism. You were great! From purchase to aftercare, everything was seamless thanks to Crissy's efficient networking and communication. I recently just purchased an RTO 10x12 shed that matches my buildings for a tack room. Again, would not have even known about it had Crissy not hand selected it for me. I was specifically looking for something ready to deliver, with a certain budget in mind for my new tack room. I hadn't even reached out - it was like Crissy read my mind and sent it to me on a random afternoon! Genesis Building built a 24x36 pole barn with concrete slab for me. My experience with them was great from start to finish. They were easy to work with on the details and quick to address any concerns I had with the process or product. Their engineered plan passed through the county permit process with no problems and the quality of materials used was great. Their crew was very engaging and gave great attention to detail in both the construction and in keeping the construction site clean. Josh was my primary point of contact and oversaw the job. He is great at communicating and kept me in the loop throughout the build. He was able to answer all my questions and followed through on everything he said. They definitely went the extra mile for me and I am thrilled with the final product which will be my dream wood shop! I have no reservation in recommending them.

Joas was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had tried other companies who were trying to force me to buy (prior to having a permit in hand) or else they would not honor their quote provided days before. I could not believe how patient and understanding he was with all my last minute changes. The county gave me a really hard time getting my permit so I opted to go below 200 sq ft and actually saved a HUGE amount doing so. So again there was another change and Joas never batted an eye. He took so much time providing me with multiple quotes in different sizes to get me as close to my budget as possible. He responded quickly and even on his own private time. I truly appreciate him and I will definitely go through him for my next building in the VERY near future. TJ delivered my building today and he was also a pleasure to work with. My building had taller walls so it wouldn’t fit under my powerlines but that didn’t stop him. He unloaded the building at the bottom of my nearly 900 foot driveway and used a really cool machine to drive it to the very top. He made things look EASY! He was polite, kind, and VERY easy to work with. I cannot thank him enough for doing such a great job. It was a great experience working with these family men and I will NEVER go through anyone else because I just do not think any other company can compare. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for turning my dreams of working from home into a reality. I cannot tell you how many happy pups there will be getting massages in this BEAUTIFUL building!

I recently had a shed moved by TJ. His communication was great, he showed up on time (with a really cool trailer), did a great job loading my shed and moving it to my new house. My shed was not a fantastic or particularly sturdy shed, but he managed to move it without damaging anything. The price was very fair and much less than another company I spoke to. I may not ever need another shed moved, but if I do Genesis buildings will be my first call. I would also not hesitate to call them for a new shed in the future.

Daryl and the whole team at Genesis were a pleasure to deal with! I’m in the construction industry and they were very professional to deal with, it was exactly 3 weeks from placing the order to delivery. The quality was also way above our expectations. The delivery went so smoothly and quickly… I can’t say enough about how great the whole experience was.
